Cancellation Policy

We allow clients to cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the session start time. Clients may cancel fewer than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start one time without losing their payment. Any additional cancellations without at least 24 hours notice will result in the client being charged for the full amount of the session.
