Champion Mind offers services for individual athletes, coaches, and teams. Coaches will customize services to fit your needs. Our services can benefit athletes and coaches of all ages and skill levels. We are located in the

Green Bay, Wisconsin area and can deliver services online or at your team's practice facility. Individual sessions will be held virtually unless a private location is agreed upon.

Unsure whether mental performance coaching is right for you? We're happy to chat with you virtually or on the phone to answer any questions that you may have about the process. We will provide an honest assessment of whether we think you would benefit from our services, but ultimately leave the decision up to you.

Individual mental Skills Training

Your mental performance coach will meet with you to learn about what you want to gain from mental skills training. From there, your mental performance coach will tailor a plan to fit your unique needs and help you perform your best. We can meet with you at regular intervals, or whenever your schedule allows. Your coach will constantly assess your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. Thirty-minute sessions are recommended for youth.

Team Mental Skills Training

Our mental performance coaches will meet with your coaching staff to determine what your team needs and develop a plan to help them succeed. These sessions can include presentations or workshops for the entire team, or small group work with a few athletes. The pre-workshop meeting with your coaching staff is complimentary and included with all packages.

We offer basic presentation packages, but can also contract with your team to tailor our services to fit your budget.
